. I need to work on data in the application, but another User has it Checked out and not in the office, what do I do?

A local Administrator (or a user with admin privileges) can take over any Entities that are Checked Out to a User. From the Users module, they should select the User, then click on the “View Checked Out Entities” button.

Not only will the Admin be able to see all the specific entities checked out to the User, they can now either Transfer these items to your User profile, or force them to be Checked In, so that any user can Check them Out.
