Below are solutions to setup errors commonly encountered:


Cause(s): There is another read-only file locking out the computer’s temp folder. 

Solution(s): Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\ and delete the files inside.  Restart Assembly Planner and retry.  



Cause(s): The Service Account does not have read/write permission to the Documents share.  

Solution(s): Grant the Service Account read/write permission to the Documents share.
