In Tugger Deliveries, how do you address routes with too much container volume

Flow Planner's tugger module does not treat volume as a constraint.  This means that it prioritizes when a container needs to be delivered and thus allows more containers to be placed on a cart than that cart can hold.  As such, it is important to watch your container volumes on each route and address those conditions with your tugger route design.
  1. Go out more often
  2.  Add more volume to each trip
  3.  Re-Assign stations adjacent to routes that are not at their volume capacity.

Note: If you have just a few deliveries throughout the day that are over volume by up to 30% and if the routes before and after have excess cart capacity, then your material handling team can probably address this situation on their own (i.e. no need to redesign your system).
