In the Paths tab the distance for the part is shown as 516' but in the Results View it is shown as 20'. This is because the Trip Frequency is only 0.023. Trip frequency is determined by the following formula: ProductQty/(Parts/Product*Parts/Container*Containers/Trip) for a given analysis time period (Shift, Day, Week, Month, Year) as selected on the Product tab.
Flow Planner reports fractional trips such that the Distance per time period is an average expected (weighted) distance.
For example, if you make one trip per week then your daily trip distance for that trip would be 20% of your actual trip distance. A trip distance of 100' would be reported as 20' in the View Results tab.
